Luke Sweeney, born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, has been living in Los Angeles since 2016 and he is so excited to be performing at Hollywood Fringe Festival for the first time! Since graduating from the New York Film Academy (Los Angeles) in 2019 with a BFA in Acting, he has been taking on a wide variety of acting roles, developing independent projects, and immersing himself in all facets of production. Most recently he wrapped up a 2023 film festival run with his comedy short Living with a Cereal Killer which he wrote, executive produced, and starred in [some notable LA selections include Burbank International Film Festival, North Hollywood CineFest (Best Comedy Nominee), and Hollywood Comedy Shorts Fest]. On stage you may have seen him as Schroeder in Sierra Madre Playhouse’s production of You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. Luke is honored to be working with such a talented and hard-working cast and crew for this production and he is continuously grateful to all supporters of the arts — especially his family and friends.
