Sponsored by Teatro De La O

Description

The Octavio Carlin Award for Excellence in Costume Design is geared toward rewarding the costume designer that thinks outside the box. Its not so much judging the costumes based on how elaborate a design is but how creatively that design is executed and whether it melds into the overall design concept of the show.

The show must be fully registered and in good standing with the Hollywood Fringe Festival. In addition, complementary tickets must be offered to the adjudicators.

Methodology

A panel of 3 judges all a part of the Teatro De La O Family will attend a performance and score each set of criteria on a scale of 1 -5 with 5 being the highest.
