Description
The Lumpy-Cramp© Spirit Freshman Award will be awarded to the first year producer that honors the festival spirit. The festival spirit is the idea that the festival is an opportunity to try new works that are daring and un-afraid, or old works that also embodies the spirit of outrageous or absurd theatre.
Qualifications
To qualify: This must be the Producers first production in the Hollywood Fringe Festival. They must email us at [email protected] or through the fringe website with show dates and times and must create the discount code LUMPY in order for us to schedule a time to see their show at our convenience.
Methodology
All plays that have qualified will be viewed by our selection panel. Each production will then be discussed among the panel and then the panel will select the most courageous, outlandish, brilliant, absurd, intelligent production that best exemplifies the festival Spirit.
Reward
Certificate of Excellence, Name on a Plaque, and a cash award TBD. Assistance for next years Festival.
