It's a great, innovative idea to create interaction among three otherwise solitary poets. Suddenly, the poems -- which were printed out in the program by themselves -- seemed to have a lot to do with one another. The actors engaged and intertwined, so that occasionally, the poems actually read like dialogue, producing a profound, resonant experience. ... full review

As someone who enjoys poetry and poetry readings, and attending live theatre, I thought "There Is Something Wrong . . . " was fresh and poignant. A.M. Sannazzaro harnessed the writing of Hanna Pachman, Bill Ratner, and Nicelle Davis; weaving a smart, fast, narrative exploring love and death, with laugh out loud moments.... full review

I was blown away by the writing and performances. I now look at poetry differently, because of how the actors embodied characters and connected with each other within this play. Stellar directing. I loved getting a booklet of their poems to take home. ... full review

It was so magical to experience poetry in a theatrical format. To see the poets physically live in their poems and the quirky characters that emerged. I really enjoyed the cross-pollination of the poet's works. A different, illuminating context transpired when they spoke another's words. It was powerful.... full review

We enjoyed this experimental format, a collage play in verse, as a great way to experience poetry as an embodied art. Appreciated that the poems were published in the program so the words could be savored before, during and after. The poetry was funny, sexy, smart, engaging, thoughtful and moving, as were the performances. ... full review
