What I liked
I thought the ensemble/director nailed the tone of HG. Much like Hedda herself, this production is quick-witted & relentlessly avoids boredom. The cast knew when to lean into the anguish & when to let the story speak for itself… Altogether made for a great show!
What I didn't like
I’d have loved a couple more conspicuous beats for the maid – though I appreciated the power & meaning behind her silence.
My overall impression
This is a fantastic show! The acting, staging & production design are all very strong. I was enthralled from start to finish… Highly recommend!
