I thought the play was neatly crafted and had great moments of insight into the lives of humans facing themselves and the world around them and how their world or “the world they inhabited” has without apology delivered injuries both physical and emotional. The painting is a bit of an obvious metaphor that holds the arc of the main characters journey —a bit obvious but that’s okay I knew that going into this.
The actors are pretty perfectly cast and The Director manages to keep the momentum moving and utilizing the (awfully constructed) space they were given. The space is an absolute eyesore and my heart goes out to the cast and crew for sticking to it. Overall I’d love to see the show again and find its way into a more well designed sp...
