What I liked
I thought the acting in general was wonderful. I was pulled right into the story, and really rooting for all of these characters. And the staging was incredibly well orchestrated! The set changes were so well choreographed, it was astounding to watch!
What I didn't like
I would like to know a bit more details about all of the characters. I felt like some things were left a bit too vague, which may very well have been intentional by the writer. But as an audience member who is quickly invested in these characters, because of the skill of the actors and the solid foundation of the writing, I would like a little more insight into what really happened in each of the various relationships. Maybe even by letting us in on one thing someone said or did that could give us just a touch more clarity into what’s driving all of them. Then I think this piece would soar even higher!
My overall impression
A beautifully and gently crafted story about identity, overcoming trauma, and the ties that bind.
