I loved how personal it felt, as though I was listening to someone’s inner monologue – all the things we think and fear but don’t share with others. Jess is very charismatic and holds the viewers attention throughout as we watch her navigate some highs and very deep lows with humor and vulnerability. An interesting study on grief and loss at a specific time in a woman’s life.
What I didn't like
There were moments that I think the pacing could be slowed down a bit to really let the audience absorb the words and what is happening, because it’s all interesting stuff. And perhaps if there is a longer run some more development with the stage design and sound. But overall very impressed!
