The writing and comedic timing were perfect. The actress is funny throughout the show. I was genuinely upset when it was over. 45 minutes wasn’t enough.
What I didn't like
Nothing really, I wish more people would know about this show!
My overall impression
Prepare to be thoroughly entertained and captivated by the incredible solo show, “I’m Just Not That Girl.” From start to finish, this comedic piece had me completely engrossed in its charm. The writing, oh, the writing! It was nothing short of brilliant, weaving together wit and unbalanced wisdom in a way that left me in awe. The play fearlessly delves into the female experience, offering a refreshingly honest and authentic portrayal that resonates in a deep and silly way. The laughs! It’s impossible to resist the laughter that echoed throughout the theater as Jess, the solo actress delivered her hilarious lines. The comedic timing and impeccable delivery had me laughing out loud for real! This play left the audience in stitches. “I’m Just Not That Girl” is a remarkable analysis of the female experience, providing an unforgettable theatrical experience that is both funny and profoundly thought-provoking. Don’t miss the opportunity to be swept away by this genuine gem of a play.
