CHIPS is such a fun piece of theater. I love in Fringe the ability to see talented actors in live theater. The acting was engaging and drew me in. It had funny moments and touching moments. I was very surprised by how dynamic and captivating this play was. In its short runtime, it manages to provide incredibly rich characters and storylines. All 4 characters were deeply likable, and the entire audience was clearly rooting for their success throughout the performance, a testament to the strong writing and charismatic acting from the entire cast. This play was hilarious at times, particularly in the use of effective running jokes that became funnier with each repetition. There were also many sincerely heartfelt moments that provided some lovely catharsis. I highly recommend this play. It’s all that and a bag of chips!... full review
