The show was funny, poignant, and thought provoking. In a very clever and sensitive way it presents emotional and sensitive material in a light hearted way. The songs, melody and lyrics were well done. The acting and musical performances of both Lindsay and Griffin were terrific.
In summary a short compact well written and performed show. I truly enjoyed that they were able to make fun of the phony self help gurus....

So funny and clever! A send-up of so many self-help modalities that have invariably made themselves into cliches, from yoga retreats to guru-led seminars to sound baths and chanting and all the rest. Very witty premise, and the songs are extremely well-crafted and make the show....
