What I liked
I loved the poetry, the music, the dance. The costumes were also great. I loved how I didn’t know what might happen next. It seemed the cast was up for whatever may come and yet they weren’t just resting on their laurels. I loved the raven’s dance and also her dark blue wings.
What I didn't like
I think more dancing could be nice. Maybe even Poe could dance….
My overall impression
This show is a lively, freeing experience that feels unpredictable. Funny, gut-wrenching, awe-inspiring – the poems are classic and the parody is sublime. The music is pure treasure and the raven’s dance – a dream with some unexpected elements!
