What I liked

Honestly every aspect of this play should be commended from the writing to the sound to the acting to the lighting. It was worked really well in telling a great story.

What I didn't like

If i had to really say anything it’d be that I wasn’t sure who Randy was I guess. I understood most of the story but i wasn’t sure who that character was. But that’s entirely on me. This play was very dense and that’s a testament to Drew’s writing. There’s a lot going-on but for the most part it wasn’t hard to follow. But him mentioning another characters name just threw me off slightly. But again that’s entirely on me. This play was great and I will still say it is definitely worth watching.

My overall impression

This gave off strong Full Metal Alchemist vibes. I really appreciated the intensity behind Drew’s acting / writing, which was further aided by the lighting & sound design. It was incredible and intense. Drew has a way of writing very visceral dialogue that only kept hitting and hitting. It didn’t feel like any dialogue was wasted. It all felt palpable and Drew really captured that feeling of desperation well. Overall a really phenomenal play that I highly recommend everyone watch.
