What I liked

I found the use of ‘steps’ to bridge between dance and the horror of Holocaust. The storytelling and the performance are both very strong.

What I didn't like

I wish to see it developed further so we can dive even deeper into Jana’s journey working through her family’s traumas and her journey as a dancer.

My overall impression

I was so moved by this performance that I had tears in my eyes from start to finish. It was captivating, heartfelt, passionate, and personal. Jana’s love for dance and for her family radiate, and you will find yourself cheering her on through her joy and her guilt.
