What I liked
It was clear that this was a labor of love.
What I didn't like
I think that the set design could have been a lot more specific, but I understand the limitations of low-budget theater!
My overall impression
This play is a meditation on when communication breaks down. So often we end up living with people in an attempt to fill some sort of void in our hearts; as a misguided attempt to meet our own needs. And sometimes those close quarters can drive a relationship to ruin. We’ve all been there. I’m glad that plays like this exist and can be a vehicle for us to process those sorts of feelings, especially in the wake of the pandemic.
