What I liked

I thought the chemistry between the two actors was powerful and convincing and really appreciated the small, intimate setting of the black box theater. Felt like I was actually there in the living room with them as a silent witness.

I only knew of this play but was unfamiliar with the plot…the script and acting was thought provoking, emotional and funny and I really felt the ups and downs of the two characters.

What I didn't like

I also struggled a bit with hearing some of the softer lines but overall not much to improve upon!

My overall impression

I thought this was a really thought provoking and impressive piece, especially considering this was the producer, director and actors debut on an LA stage. Attention to detail is so important in capturing (and keeping!) the audience’s full and undivided attention for a full hour plus in a two person show. And this really did not disappoint.
