Brendan, to no one’s surprise, is a talented writer and supremely engaging performer. The story of Brendan’s formative years in Amsterdam is truly funny, like REALLY funny, but not superficial. Under the hilarity lies a starkly honest and moving story of a journey to find one’s self, or more pointedly, to find that the person who you were told you were all your life turned out not to be true. Hilarious with heart. A must-see.
