Iphigenia in Splott

This play hits with full force. In this solo act, the protagonist at first is an easy read. As the narrative builds and we learn more about her life, this character transcends that simple understanding. No longer someone to pity or revile, but someone with character and fortitude. The audience must reckon with their own biases instead. Well acted and directed, this was a play that you’ll want to chew over for several days.... full review
