Hailey McAfee is amazing-her performance kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I wasn’t expecting to be so moved and overcome with emotion, but Hailey is so convincing and incredibly perfect as Iphigenia. Please go see it!... full review

Hailey is an incredibly talented actor is this script is the perfect vehicle to showcase those talents. Sad, funny, beautiful, and really really interesting. This is a super cool show with a powerful message about poverty and the patriarchy... full review

I am always wary of one-person shows. How will they keep us entertained for the length of the performance? This show, however, was a roller coaster, and I often forgot it was just one character. She kept the audience engaged the entire time, and while the show was incredibly intense, it was brilliantly done. The Attic Collective always delivers, and this was no exception. Iphigenia in Splott was a moving piece with an intriguing mess of a character, and the journey on which she takes us is as harrowing as it is endearing. At the beginning, she is laughable, but by the end we completely adore her.... full review

So powerful! Haley is a powerhouse full of charm, charisma, and emotion. I was on the edge of my seat from the beginning to the very end, and I enjoyed the moments of humor in which I burst into laughter. It was so beautifully directed with creative lighting choices and sound design that really enhance the extraordinary acting. It was also extremely well paced, and did not feel like an hour. I love town, and this adaptation took a Greek tragedy and made it fresh and timely.... full review

The show was hilarious and heart wrenching. Incredibly relatable and outrageous at the same time. The set was simple but didn’t feel the need to be anything more. Hailey’s acting was enough. Hailey held my attention from start to end- It’s just the right length and she had the timing down to a tee! ... full review

This is a DO NOT MISS show. I usually don’t enjoy one-person shows because of how much combined skill it takes for one person to hold an audience for an hour… but this one is special. Don’t be intimidated by the title, No knowledge of greek myths required, though it might give you something more to chew on. ... full review

Hailey was nothing short of a power house . I sat front row and got the full force . This is fantastic piece hugely dependent on the talent and she delivered. Ten fold. I couldn’t be more happy and proud for the director Rosie for her amazing continued work in the community and abroad as well as with Hailey for carrying this journey with such care and mind blowing talent and rage . ... full review
