What I liked
Being able to feel truly immersed as a performer. As an audience member, it was a unique experience to be able to hear one performer’s directions but not the others.
What I didn't like
Some of the transitions between scenes felt somewhat stilted, and hopefully, this can be smoothed out during this run and beyond.
My overall impression
I had the privilege of acting in the first piece and I had an outstanding experience. I felt completely present and engaged in a way that is truly difficult to do in our modern world. I feel that this creative team is on to something brilliant with this innovation. I fully support the expansion of this idea, not just for theater, but to be used in a wide variety of settings.
