What I liked

I was super impressed with the music, Emma’s impeccable timing, and the gravity of the moral – if you are afraid of or live in shame of a part of yourself, you limit your own joy, you limit yourself. I thought Scorp’s monologue was profound in that way. Emma has such a beautiful singing voice, and Aquarius Moon’s song was probably my favorite!

What I didn't like

The only thing I can think of is to put Emma in a bigger space – she has a big voice, and although cozy, the studio theatre felt too small for it in one or two instances. When performing a song that requires one to belt, it’s hard to “sing to the space.”

My overall impression

This show was a delight – it felt very well balanced, to the pleasure of my Libra sun. It was a fun, musical journey into Emma’s birth chart and I left with a reignited interest in the zodiac. I’m excited to see what she does next!
