She effortlessly glided between characters, and knew how to push the envelope comedically. My absolute favorite part was her villain song, but my husband’s was her diva character. We’re still debating which was better than the last, 3 days after seeing the show.
What I didn't like
Not really anything. If I had to pick somethinggggg, maybe clean up the timing of the audience participation. There was a moment of struggle to pull the prop out of the wardrobe piece, but I think it wasn’t that big of a deal and we saw the first show anyway, so it’ll probably get cleaner with each run!
My overall impression
Emma was captivating, the songs were catchy, and the material was funny yet heartfelt. Fast paced but didn’t feel rushed, she’s a great performer and it was a delight to watch her in action.
