What I liked
The songs were short and sweet and he didn’t linger on anything too long or overplay things. His jokes were punchy and poignant, and there was such a nice balance of serious, analytical, moving and funny.
What I didn't like
The mic didn’t work in the beginning
My overall impression
Delightful! Laser’s journey through trans history and his own story is so deeply personal yet universally relatable to anyone who didn’t feel comfortable being themselves. Highly recommend this show to anyone in the LGBTQ+ plus community or anyone who KNOWS anyone in the community (so, yes, everyone).
