What I liked

Dan is a brilliant writer, a brilliant performer, and a brilliant showman. This show is so well-constructed, telling a devastating tale of loss, childhood, church, travel, and a relationship with the universe. This show is also explosively funny. I’ve never seen people laugh and cry so hard in such a short time. Great work Dan!

My overall impression

Must see! If you have religious trauma, you have to see it. If you don’t, you still do. This show is for everyone, regardless of your relationship with a higher power (or Veggie Tales). Dans physicality, easy humor and gorgeous storytelling will bring you into his world with ease, and break down your barriers long enough for you to really learn about yourself.
