What I liked

The use of recordings from grandma and the acting of “talking” with grandma. The small and large screens for shadow puppets.
Love the briefcase screen setup.b

What I didn't like

Would love to see even more use of the large screen shadow puppeteering. There was something particularly magical when she disappeared behind the screen and became a shadow herself.

My overall impression

Lovingly crafted performance full of childlike wonder and the challenges of the family we are born into. An intimate and unique shadow puppet show that left me feeling reflective of the elders in my own family.
