What I liked

I was in awe of the movement pieces. And, while the subject got dark and heavy, with discussions of suicide and depression, there was also a fair amount of funny dialogue and some lightheartedness. Also, I absolutely loved the set pieces and how each area of the stage represented the different aspects of the self that the main character is struggling or interacting with.

My overall impression

This is one of the best shows at Hollywood Fringe 2023. Period. It was a great concept for one. Loved getting a glimpse into the mind of depression. I know what it feels like to have those thoughts, it felt good to see something so familiar to me and my struggles on stage. I felt seen.
