What I liked

The perspective the show offers is super fun—Kelsey plays a character that is based on herself and caught up in all the ego drama of being an actor but she is also making fun of that in a really grounded way because she wrote all the deprecating stuff about that character. It’s just the most fun form of justice to own your shit like that. And I cannot stress enough how perfect her voice is. Pitch perfect.

What I didn't like

Not a fan of the theater space. The way the seating is staged, nobody behind the second row could see her. If the stage was raised or if the seating was on risers that would make a huge improvement.

My overall impression

Very fun. Kelsey’s voice is just truly stunning and that is impressive enough for me but her writing voice is just so sharp and funny. The meta-narrative of it all… the mechanism she’s built is really very smart and just so so fun to play inside!
