I liked her being vulnerable with her insecurities making us want to cheer her on. She tells an honest story whilst utilizing puppets, videos, and songs. I liked a portion of her bit that involved audience interaction and 4th-wall jokes.
What I didn't like
It is definitely a show that deserves another watch. The story may be assisted in helping the audience follow along by enunciating more of the puppet movement to figure out which “finger” is talking.
My overall impression
I enjoyed the artistic expression of using finger puppets Kelsey used to curate her story. She used a wide array of expressions to share her story through the peculiar medium of finger puppets. She has a great musical talent for singing, and I was impressed by the narrative. The show made me want to root for her all the way through her journey.
