I especially enjoyed Josiah’s fearless interaction with the audience. Before the end of the evening, the black box suddenly felt like a community, all joining together to support and cheer on Josiah. (All made possible by Josiah devotion and fierceness.)
What I didn't like
I wouldn’t change a single thing.
My overall impression
Josiah should be beaming with pride and joy following his groundbreaking opening night of Frayed. The show is fast paced and keeps the audience on their toes, while simultaneously having the feeling tone of extreme thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Josiah is vulnerable in a way you seldomly seen in live theatre and I found myself seesawing between tears of laughter and tears of somberness throughout the entirety of the show. He is so so powerful and his passion is palpable to every row of the audience.
