What I liked
All the youthful energy and the writer’s wit! One of my favorite moments was watching Chauntice’s character defend the “fun” side of her personality. Also, director Leanne’s funny speech at the start set a nice tone for the show. And without spoiling anything, I LOVED the ensemble vibes near the end!
What I didn't like
Being a common (and forgivable) issue in a preview, sharpen the timing a bit in the ensemble scenes as a few lines (and jokes) were stepped on.
My overall impression
This show boasts clever writing and a colorful ensemble with
some fun surprises! I laughed out loud a few times and left the theatre with a smile on my face. I give it a high ranking!
