This evening just flew by, one of the best fringe shows I’ve seen in forever. Clear storytelling, great performances, especially from Treharne and La Desma, a script that was deep and probing but never too heavy and always kept me guessing, and a staging that was fun, satisfying and edgy.
What I didn't like
Hard to reconcile the end of the script, but that’s not the production’s fault. Also, and I’m sure I’m the first small theater patron to ever offer this critique, but the chairs were uncomfortable – at least they were padded. Thanks, great experience!
My overall impression
An enjoyable, soberly told yet wildly acted story of life and marriage in an American suburb.
