What I liked
The music and lyrics were clever and catchy. The acting was believable and the cast worked well together, covering multiple parts in sometimes a blink of an eye.

My overall impression
Runaway Rue is a smash hit! There’s something for all ages in this engaging, well-written and performed musical. The puppets alone are worth seeing – state of the art design only outdone by the actors puppeteering them. You can’t leave the theater without humming along to the score…
