I liked the interracial couple aspect and the banter about speaking English and the phone call with the cable (or internet?) company, because we have all been there with those companies and the forever hold times.
What I didn't like
The pacing was off, she was so dang fast it was hard to keep up with her, and the physical comedy was not great. It was as if they were trying to embody an episode of Big Bang Theory or something, and it did not work for me in the space. I really just wanted them to slow down and have a real conversation. The stakes were not believable to me and honestly, he barely fell on the box and it didn’t make sense that everything inside it would have been broken. Overall a fine effort, but not great.
My overall impression
This was a fun show with a silly premise that was enjoyable as an audience member.
