This show is a sitcom on stage. Watching these two navigate the comedic timing, both verbal and physical was a joy to see. The writing was quick and witty. The chemistry between the actors was super strong. I was obsessed with this farce-like piece. Like eating a vat of ice cream without being sick after.
What I didn't like
I sat in the last row. And I don’t know that it’s even possible to shift but there were certain elements on the floor that felt important that I couldn’t see. It didn’t take away from my experience at all. But I guess it’s something that might be improved?
Would love to see this flushed out into a longer piece! This beautiful farce of a story combines heart, family, and just the right amount of chaos that’ll have you giggling both during and after the show.
My overall impression
This beautiful farce of a story combines heart, family, and just the right amount of chaos that’ll have you giggling both during and after the show.
