Everything. He never hits a false note in his performance.
What I didn't like
Nothing. I want to see more of Brandon Raman’s work. He’s a star. We’ll all be saying, “I saw him when…” in no time.
My overall impression
This is everything a solo show should be and more. Brandon effortlessly blends storytelling, physical comedy, and top notch jokes while analyzing what comprises a person’s identity. His story, while personal, is incredibly relatable for audiences of all backgrounds. Everyone questions their place in the universe and how we fit. Brandon has made a show that encapsulates the scary, hilarious, frustrating, and life-affirming journey to self-acceptance.
He has a magnetic stage presence and the best advice I can give to the audience is: buy your tickets immediately. This is easily one of the best solo shows I have ever seen.
