The characterizations were funny and honest, with strong contrast to Brandon’s own character. The pacing allows for each new character to be enjoyed for exactly the right amount of time. However the heart is the story, Brandon’s disconnect from his family, kept a tight grip on my attention until it’s resolution.

My overall impression
‘I Can’t Indian Good’ is a hilarious and heartbreaking show punctuated by Brandon Raman’s explosively physical comedy and his laser-focused characterizations. Brandon tackles his own relationships with racism, privilege, and identity via a Scroog-ian conceit, but with more Indian uncles and Bollywood action-dance-love scenes.
