What I liked
I loved Jacqi’s songs and childlike dancing. They added to the story that sometimes you just have to entertain yourself.

My overall impression
Despite Jacqi Bowe’s seemingly simple premise of wanting to “get away”, there is such a universal tale here, that going on vacation is not an easy thing for many people to do in these tying times of financial insecurity, being forced to work several jobs just to make ends meet, and prior commitments in caring for loved ones. I’ve been there myself.
