What I liked
The story is not lighthearted and the actors did an incredible job with the material. It felt very current and true to the emotions and complexity of intimate relationships. It was deeply moving and heartbreaking.
What I didn't like
I thought it all worked well. The space offers certain limitations but also lead to a very intimate and engaging performance.
My overall impression
This play was a really good adaptation of the original. The actors told a great story and it was fascinating to see it in a new light. Although heartbreaking, it is very relatable and it was moving to feel the raw emotion from each character.
