Ryan Lisman’s performance is absolutely stunning. The material perfectly chosen squarely landing Lisman in his wheelhouse. And it vividly expresses his maturity as an actor who can deftly handle an intense narrative with complicated material and extremely verbose language.
What I didn't like
The background music at the beginning was so loud that it drowned out what was being said almost altogether. But otherwise, the presentation was painfully beautiful.
My overall impression
NOCTURNE beautifully and quietly expresses the deep-seated grief of a man after the accidental murder of his sister. (Formal review is forthcoming)
