What I liked
Rockin’ songs that perfectly meld comedic lyrics with catchy pop beats.
Costumes and props ON POINT.
Incredible ensemble cast where everyone shines.
A heartfelt script that manages to make fun of itself and still have substance.
What I didn't like
Mics. The cast projected well but the songs really needed mics just to get that extra rock energy.
Minor, but the cardboard costume joke needed to happen later. Loved it but used to soon.
My overall impression
A hilarious campy romp that is not only a send up to the original show but all of the 80’s. 5 stars.
