Morgan’s theatricality and physical awareness makes this show really sing, and he knows how to work an audience – how to bring them up, and how to draw them in. It was truly excellent technique.
What I didn't like
The only thing I was confused was why there were so many clothes strewn about the set. While some of them contributed to costume changes, I didn’t quite understand what the stage dressing was supposed to tell us about where we were or who the character was.
My overall impression
Take the best elements of a midnight screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, a drag brunch on the boulevard, and a deep dive of Youtube AMVs, and you’ve got this fantastically queer and campy experience that brings a hell of a lot of joy to experience.
