I Hate Romeo and Juliet

What I liked

Judy Kain is a star! She was the glue of the show and a real standout! Really believed her even amongst a very heightened tone and exaggerated circumstances.

What I didn't like

The lighting was a bit wonky. Also, the chemistry between the two lovers that was supposed to be propelling the reason for the story, was missing for me.

My overall impression

Very witty writing! Loved the juxtaposition of Shakespeare intertwined with contemporary dialogue.
