The changing of scenes was very cool. So efficient and kind of funny.
The one woman in the show really showed great range and made her presence known throughout in such different ways.
What I didn't like
Nothing that I can think of needs to be improved.
My overall impression
It’s so unfair for me to say this but I saw it on a Wednesday evening when the understudy for the main actor, playing Ron Gold filled in. I just had it in my head that this was probably his first performance. Of course, I cannot compare his performance to the regular actor. The understudy was fine as far as I could see.
The show was quite moving and informative. Certain scenes were more powerful than others. It’s been a few weeks now, since I saw the show, but the scene where she tries to convince the psychiatrist to come out at the upcoming conference (in Dallas I believe) and he agrees but with a mask on was powerful. Then the scene where he does speak and them removes his mask during his speech. I assume this was true, but I haven’t researched those conferences, but it was quite powerful and I imagine it was during those Psych Conventions if and when he did this.
