What I liked

This production was very well casted. The acting was exceptional. Am very happy that the space was air conditioned. It’s difficult to sit through theatre productions that don’t have temperature ventilation. The play was perfectly timed at 1 hour and 40 minutes. Not too long. Not too short.

What I didn't like

Nothing to say. Everything was done well

My overall impression

Came to Sick on Saturday June 17 and loved it. Such a powerful and beautiful story. Set in the 1970s, when homosexuality was deemed an illness, a small group of people, led by Ron Gold, fight against the stigma. The story is brilliant, haunting, full of strength and shows humor even through tough times. The acting was superb. The writing was poignant. Direction was excellent and to the point of the story. Fast forward to the world we live today when the LGBTQ+ community is still fighting for their equal human rights. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this performance
