SICK

What I liked

The plot follows historical case of removing homosexuality as a mental disorder. Well told and enlightening historical plot on the passionate fight for gay rights. Barebones staging worked by highlighting the plot.

Acting was on point.

What I didn't like

Lobotomy act was Deplorable to know this happened to gays. It could be even more powerful if we knew it was historically accurate. Was it true to the main characters history?

My overall impression

“Sick” is a very powerful play. Well conceived and acted. The play beautifully written by DAHN HIUNI stayed with me.
