What I liked

I was thoroughly impressed with the whole performance. The comedic moments in the play were a nice surprise and they didn’t overtake the seriousness or the overall tone of the play. Everyone on stage had a solid performance. I liked that by the end, all loose strings were tied up. I enjoyed watching it from start to finish.

What I didn't like

Maybe this is just my lack of knowing verbiage when it comes to psychiatry, but I found the super wordy scenes with a lot of psychiatric terms hard to follow. I don’t think it took away from the overall performance, I just found it difficult to really experience the moment.

My overall impression

My overall impression of the show was that it is a story that needed to be told. What better time to tell it than during pride month? I was impressed with the performances from everyone on stage and the writing
