What I liked
1) The accuracy and wittiness of the script. The writer must have recorded these pieces of human interaction. But you know that they didn’t record it; they imagined it. Incredible.
2) The display of humanity provided by the actors.
What I didn't like
I thought the performance was flawless. I understand that this statement is not what you are looking for; forgive me for being ‘new’ to this kind a criticism.
My overall impression
‘Hitchcock Lane’ is a thought-provoking series of performances by experienced actors playing out poignant life challenges. An entertaining one-hour that had me enthralled and amazed at the talent demonstrated – the actors, the writer, the director, the producer. This was my first-ever experience at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. I will be back.
