What I liked
I LOVED Tatik and Papik. I loved the character SHAME and I loved Mary’s unsinkable spirit – loving and trusting in others and eventually in herself.
What I didn't like
The slides sometimes were a second too fast or slow but Mary was ON POINT. And her story was moving and made me feel close to her.
My overall impression
I’ve known Mary as a comic but I feel like I REALLY KNOW and LOVE her NOW – after seeing her one woman show. The way she acted out all the internal feelings she was plagued with as a teenager was magical. Mary brought all the parts of her ALIVE ON STAGE! It was funny and heartfelt and I was glad to learn about her life.
