What I liked

The scenes between Mary and her mother were especially strong, and resonant. I could watch a show between those two characters all day! But then I’d miss out on all of Mary’s other wonderful, colorful portrayals.

My overall impression

Mary puts her whole heart into this poignant, well-crafted story of family bonds and life struggles. She’s a comic genius, keeping us laughing through some very serious moments. 5 out of 5 stars!
