What I liked
I enjoyed the whiteboard, the drink game, the conversations with our “guest”, and the moment when the lights went out… and I thought I felt the speaker’s warm breath on my neck.
What I didn't like
I would enjoy seeing Ms Gisser perform this again and again. We were with her throughout. The more opportunities she has to interact with different audiences the more nuanced this piece will become.
My overall impression
Start to finish, a rollercoaster ride of thought-provoking “what-ifs”. The speaker provides a fresh POV on what repulses and attracts us. There was plenty of audience interaction. Our host was funny, informed, sensuous, threatening, and empathetic.
